<img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' /> was watching this show on ABC and they had bow fishing! they drive around on a boat and have heaps of spot lites to lite up a footy oval and they have this bow and arrow and they shoot the arrow and hit the fish wich has the line atatched to the bow and on the bow is a reel they reel the fish in!! for more info check out

Hey glen.

This was discussed on another site (www.fishyfishing.com - for anyone interested) and it is actually legal. I know for a fact in SA you can only use a bow and arrow for carp........but it may be different elsewhere......

I dont really think its a good way to fish, as it sort of takes the challenge out of the whole thing, but each to their own i guess........
