Mooring Boats In Ppb - rhyno - 23-08-2006 I am about ot undertake a large project of restoring an old boat. It belonged to my girlfriends grandfather, though since he passed away it has been neglected and needs some TLC and a new trailer (which i can build). The thing weighs around 2 tonnes and whilst it is possible to pull it in/out with a 4x4, i'd rather not, as i don't have a fourby and don't feel comfortable borrowing from the in laws everytime i want to go fishing. The boat used to be moored next to the muscle farm boat off safety beach for many years but that was a while back. I am hoping i can re-moor it there but i have no idea of the cost, who to ask, and if its even still possible. If i can't moor it there, where else would be available; i assume the new marina will cost lotsa $$$. Thanks for any suggestions/help.
