Greetings From Singapore - Kalib - 05-09-2006
Hi all, I'm from Singapore. Guess there are other Singaporeans in this forum as well. Just a short intro, 21 this year. Besides fishing, i also like to catch squids, so here i am.
I do most of my squid fishing at the Malaysian Kelongs or the areas around the Kelongs. I have never done any squid fishing in Singapore waters but i plan to do so soon, I hope. <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ink' /> My personal best was a 3kg cuttlefish from the Malaysian Kelong. Sorry don't have a pic of that.
Attached below was 1 of the better cuttlefish catches, around 2kg specimen but nowhere near my personal best.

we have quite a few singapore members so i am sure they will help you to catch some squid in singapore.
thanks for the photo. would love to hear more about the squid fishing in malaysia.
