I`m doing a research for college, I`m studying Internacional Businnes Administration. I have a couple of questions, i hope somebody would help me. I need to know wholesale prices for squid or calamari or even better the import prices, because i was looking for retail prices and there are some high prices, i want to know the profit charged on the product.
In addition, i need to now how much squid Australians eat, like per capita consumption, do you like more fresh squid than prepared squid ( dry squid, in sause, in brine, crumbed, etc)?¿.
Here in Chile there is a lot of Giant Squid (dosidicus gigas), here is named jibia, I tasted it in salad some days ago and its good <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':au:' /> .
I hope you can help me, is hard to find updated info without paying subscriptions.
