i am thinking of buying a squid rod .

I need to lift the squids out of the water with the rod, my surf casting rod could do that but it is too heavy.
Squid rods? This one?

Can I use it for spinning?

I canât use it and I canât find it, 15 feet is the max I have found and I have it (Greece Europe)
Anyway the wall were I fish is about that high maybe a little sorter
So my question is it safe for a PE 2 rod to lift a squid ranging between 1 and 2 kg

It might be but down count on it. I can't remember if this model is painted or not. If not, one little scratch and it will become 3 piece.
