Probably either 11pm -9 am.

I had great success last year catching them in broad daylight.
The idea that you can only catch them at night is a myth.
Seriously, one day I fished for 17 hours straight and the periods in between fishing
were a function, more of when the schools came through then time of day.

I only see one jig on her line, how did she catch 4 at once??

She used multiple jigs. Stand next to her all you want. It will do you no good. I fished next to her several times. I would use the same jigs and rig and mimic her jigging. She would outcatch me at least 5 to 1. It would drive me CRAZY! She is a sweetheart.

She had three jigs on the time she caught 4.
Different guy submitted the photo but I was there when the whole place went nuts over her jackpot catch.

Did you see how she was using them? Was she jigging them vertically or casting and swimming them or what? I wonder if she was using some kind of scent on them.

Four is not very common but when they are runnung you can get 3 at a time often
last year i filled 4 buckets myself in one afternoon

' /> No bucket loads,, enough for a meal though (11 total). Was hit & run / slow & none. Just as the sky was lighting up.
Someone experienced may have done better. I'm just a nimrod at squidding w/ R&R.
