We are looking to buy container loads of treated squid sheets and can't for the life of me understand why it is so hard to source when there is an over abundance of giant squid in the oceans. I understand that there are several plants in South America that process the sourness out of it and we would look to buy ongoing. If anyone has a source, please contact me.
