We have been looking for a safe way to can squid. For fish and clams, we do pints at 10 pounds for 100 minutes at sea level. While there is lots of info online about how to can other seafood, we cannot find anything about squid. Our extension service doesn't have a clue.

 

Perhaps you Aussies know something. Please post if you do.
