i am planning a holiday trip to hokkaido i july. i am wondering is there any easily access squid fishing spot in hokkaido?

Squid fishing in Japan is terrific, its a capital for egi-sport but im not too sure about nowadays, since the tsunami.. i hope they are still able to enjoy squidding though. not sure about eating. hmm
