I've been looking all over for some beads that are in a conic shape. Roughly 1" length, 1/4"-3/8" base and 1/8" top with a hole in the center for the stainless steel shank. Any ideas where to find these?! I've seen them on some custom jigs, but can't locate the distributor!!! Thanks!

I want to make plastic beads from drinking straws, but I want to melt the plastic and pour it into a bead mold. How exactly would I go about in doing this?



Would there be a company that could do this for me? or at least pay me for donating drinking straws
