i have eaten dried cuttlefish. i think it was purchased from an asian supermarket somewhere in melbourne.



i guess you have similar stores in Sydney.

We are just starting to dry squid by fan forced with light under smoke very soon. The target market is Korea and Japan if anyone is interested then let me know.
