fry onion garlic ginger with a tea spoon of red curry paste . add 250 gms pork mince till just coloured . mix in a couple of chopped mushrooms and what ever vegies take your fancy.about half a cup cut up fine . add a sprinkle of soy .
stuff squid with mix and thread satay stick through squid to hold mix in .
steam squid for 15 mins .
you can add chilli to mix if you like .
you can also add prawns to the mix.

stay tuned Ill get the recipe from Mum (traditional italian) but you need a pressure cooker

cook the tentacles and chop them up.
mix them in with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, a couple of peices of anchovy all ground up, and one red chili pepper chopped up.
stuff the tubes with this and seal them up with a few toothpicks
put some chopped up tomato and basil in a frying pan and sautee it until it gets a little thicker.
add the stuffed squid and cook em until there done.
there you have it with a tomato sauce.
