After you charge the battery a few times, wont it start to get weaker?

The lead batteries you find in cars are VERY rechargeable...you would have to use them many many hundreds of times before they stop holding the charge <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':th' />

Glen is correct
You can recharge a battery as many times as you wish
Its running them flat and leaving them flat that kills them
Also keep batteries off concrete floors as this will also shorten their life span
The amount of time you casn use the battery depends on the quality and type of battery you use
If you want longer use from a battery buy one with high cranking amps they take a lot longer to run flat but are a bit heavier <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/beer_mug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':th' /> <img src='http://www.squidfish.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/beer_mug.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':woot:' />
