WHAT YOU NEED
ï Homemade mould of a float
ï Expanding foam
ï Plastic tube
[color="blue"]STEP 1 First make a hollow mould in the shape of a float[/color]

[color="red"]STEP 2 Then get a can of expanding foam from a hardware store for around $5 dollars. Then insert the plastic tube into the middle of the mould, then fill the mould One-quarter. Leave to expand [/color]
[color="blue"]STEP 3 Remove from the mould and remove any excess foam from the float with a sharp knife. Paint if desired.[/color]
*** Also: to make a weighted float just push a ââ¬Åbeanââ¬Â sinker in to the middle of the foam whilst WET.
