for 4 persons
8 squids (middle size, each one about 20 dg)
1 onion (middle size)
1 dl of oil
2 - 3 pieces of garlic
parsley leaves
rise (2/3 of big coffee cup)
1 dl of white wine
10 dg cheese (gauda or similar)
one egg
salt, pepper
Put the warm water in the cup with rise and leave it to rise 'drink' water.
Clean the squids, cut the tentacles finely.
In the bigger cooker fry the chipped onion on the oil until it looks like glass.
Mix frequently.
Put in the cooker with onion chipped garlic, parsley, tentacles and salt. Fry everything about 15 minutes.
Pour the wine and 1 dl of water in the cooker and rise.
Cook everything about 15 minutes with mixing until rise is finished. Add water if it is dry.
When is finished leave it to be warm (not too cold, not too hot) and mix inside papper, egg and scrubbed cheese.
With this fill the squid's bodies and close them with toothpicks.
Little advice : to easy fill the bodies cut the top of plastic bottle and use it like hopper.
Fry filled bodies on the hot oil or grill.
Serve with green salad and cold white wine.
Good apetite!
