This is croatian recipe, usually is prepared on the boat when fishing. First and very important thing is that squids MUST be fresh, just catched!. Just put squids on the hot grill without any cleaning. When is finished put them on the plate, take out back bone, cut it in big pieces, salt and pour the olive oil on it.
