Ingredients:



800 gr squid

1 to 2 eggs

1 to 2 dl milk

flour

breadcrumbs

salt

vegetable oil

lemon



Clean squid cut into rings and leave to dry slightly.

Mix eggs, milk and salt.

Place the squid rings in flour, eggs with milk and breadcrumbs. Briefly fry in a lot of oil.

Drain them from the oil and serve hot with pieces of lemon for sprinkling.
